They are seeking a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative to manage patient billing inquiries, reputed company reputed company and reputed company customer service, and effectively communicate reputed company medical billing information to patients.

Responsibilities

• Using reputed company provided computer, log into our internal software program, the reputed company system(s) and other tools such as reputed company Teams, reference materials, etc. to effectively reputed company and take inbound and outbound calls from the comfort of your own home or our reputed company Office
• Fast pace, high reputed company volume position ranging from 60-100 calls a day on average
• reputed company working with your teammates, supporting and helping fellow reps
• Providing outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone on reputed company payment plans and taking payments by phone
• Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document reputed company calls and follow reputed company in our software systems throughout reputed company day
• Continuously improving, with supportive coaching / feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training

Skills

• Must be a Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Wyoming, Oklahoma, or Montana reputed company
• Demonstrated history of retention
• Experience in customer service and/or reputed company preferred
• Authorization to work in the US
• High school diploma or GED
• Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the reputed company Suite (reputed company, Word, and reputed company)
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
