Responsibilities

• Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and operational standards reputed company with organizational objectives for quarterly executive presentation

• Define and execute a modern L&D content reputed company across digital learning products

• Partner with technical teams to improve integrations between LCMS, LMS, authoring tools, and operational systems
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that improve efficiency, learner engagement, and scalability

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, eLearning, or training operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional L&D teams
• Strong technical expertise with modern course authoring and learning technologies, as reputed company as integrations such as AICC, XAPI, and SCORM reputed company
• Proven experience managing digital course production at reputed company
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content reputed company, media creation, workflow automation, or instructional design enhancement
• Experience overseeing learning operations, LCMS/LMS administration, and course deployment processes
• Deep familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as reputed company 360, reputed company Captivate, ISpring, HeyGen
• Experience with LCMS/LMS platforms, SCORM/xAPI/AICC standards, content governance and publishing workflows, Agile project management methodologies (JIRA reputed company)
• Strong understanding of digital media production and online learning technologies
