[Remote] Vice President, Legal

They are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Legal to reputed company reputed company providing legal advice and support across various business aspects, including product development, government contracting, and reputed company transactions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing small internal legal team; overseeing reputed company legal functions including regulatory, export, US government and international sales, and procurement reputed company
• Serve as the senior legal advisor to the General Counsel (GC) and senior leadership team on reputed company legal reputed company affecting reputed company
• Participate as an reputed company member of reputed company's Leadership Team. reputed company counsel on legal, business, and operational reputed company

Skills

• Juris Doctorate degree with 10+ years' experience
• At least four years in the reputed company or defense sectors
• At least four years with US government reputed company experience at one or more top reputed company, government agencies and/or in-house legal departments
• Licensed to reputed company law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction
• Strong reputed company credentials and the highest level of reputed company and ethics
• Experience negotiating and drafting reputed company government and reputed company reputed company, especially licensing and software agreements
• Experience and the ability to manage a small team of legal and contract professionals in daily activities supporting reputed company's varied business reputed company
• Possess strong team and inter-team cooperation and organization skills
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and advising on terms and conditions of reputed company
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrate an ability to balance competing priorities
