[Remote] Clinical Deployment Specialist

The Clinical Deployment Specialist will drive EMS sales by enhancing customer satisfaction and retention during the clinical education and implementation process, supporting new product deployments and providing ongoing customer support.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: reputed company with large competitive conversions and select reputed company American EMS customers to ensure continual product support throughout both reputed company- and post-sale stages, as directed by management
• Deployment - Support new competitive conversions
• Equipment set-up
• Post-sale training and development - (Classroom, field rides, remote support)
• Post-sale troubleshooting
• Post-sale follow-up
• "One-reputed company" – Be a reputed company in coordinating efforts amongst reputed company departments/personnel to ensure customer reputed company of "One-reputed company."
• Territory Managers
• Regional and Strategic Account Managers
• Technical Support
• Global Product Management
• Marketing
• Travel 60-80%, includes over-reputed company stays and occasional weekends

Skills

• Paramedic level or higher
• Minimum of 10 years reputed company-hospital field experience
• Clinical training experience (AHA -ACLS, PALS, 12-reputed company, ETC02, etc.)
• Self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management and planning
• Proficiency with common word processing, presentation, spreadsheet and database programs
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent
• Technical background: Troubleshooting capital equipment, resuscitation, product management preferred (cardiology a plus)
