Responsibilities

• Own the product reputed company and roadmap for caregiver-facing educational content and strategic partnerships
• Define and execute the content reputed company, including what content gets created, updated, personalized, or retired
• Build digital content experiences that support caregivers and families across long-term care journeys

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Content teams to deliver impactful user experiences

• Use engagement data, user feedback, and business objectives to prioritize product initiatives and influence roadmap reputed company

• Ensure content experiences are optimized across iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablet devices

Skills

• BS/BA degree or higher
• 3+ years of Product Management experience owning user-facing digital products or experiences
• Experience building content-driven products, content management systems (CMS), educational platforms, or personalization systems
• Experience managing product roadmaps and translating business goals into shipped product features
• Experience using customer insights, analytics, and engagement data to inform product reputed company
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Content, Operations, Clinical, or other non-technical stakeholders
• Experience delivering mobile experiences across iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablets
• Strong product management and roadmap ownership capabilities
• Strong content reputed company and content lifecycle management experience
• Deep understanding of digital engagement and user experience principles
• Ability to identify what makes content engaging, useful, and impactful for adult learners and caregivers
