[Remote] Business Operations Coordinator

The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing reputed company facets of the operations department, including guest reception, customer service, and administrative support, ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests. Collect and validate reputed company guest information. Assign tours to Sales Agents and reputed company information to Sales & Marketing department as necessary. (15% time)
• reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company guests. Answer phones and guest questions in a reputed company manner. Assist property owners with contract questions or concerns. (10% time)
• Distribute premiums to guests upon closure of presentation. Complete daily reputed company, tour and contract reconciliation in reputed company systems. (20% time)
• Data entry of reputed company tour and gifting information into Central Reservations Systems / Epiphany system and running of reports. Prepare and balance cash, down payments, site stats for Contract Department (20% time)
• File and secure reputed company documents per procedures. Maintain Property reputed company Information per PII and PCI standards (5% time)
• Prepare Timeshare Sales reputed company for Sales Department and Property Owners. Assist Administrative Supervisor in support of Sales Staff. Preparation and maintenance of reputed company documents. (20% time)
• Assist Supervisor to reputed company additional administrative support to internal departments to include Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams (10% time)
• Performs other duties as needed

• Proficient in the use of the Central Reservation System (CRS) or EPNY(preferable)
