Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Information System Specialist (HRIS) to enhance and maintain their reputed company-based HRIS. The role involves working with various business reputed company and HR areas to ensure the system meets reputed company needs while driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-user support for HRIS-specific issue reputed company
• reputed company analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and migration of changes from demo to production for multiple functional areas of the HRIS
• Work with SMEs, senior leaders, business unit experts and other HR areas to reputed company, improve and configure business processes, reputed company settings, basic and advanced report setups and final configurations to meet the HRIS need of the business and to improve employee experience
• Review and test vendor software updates. Review new features of software to support corporate reputed company and reputed company software to our needs
• reputed company as HRIS SME and implementer for reputed company-wide or cross-functional reputed company, including mergers/acquisitions or other confidential reputed company
• Implement new features of the HRIS software to meet changing business requirements
• reputed company expert guidance to the business reputed company to changing features resulting from software updates
• Partner with IT staff on effects of configuration/data changes on IT databases and other IT-owned systems
• Create and maintain job aids specific to assist end users with self-service items in the system
• Stay reputed company on new functionality/offerings from vendor(s), and HRIS technology trends
• Drive system optimization and enhancement initiatives by collaborating with HR department leads to identify automation opportunities, improve user experience, and reputed company strategic roadmaps that reputed company HRIS capabilities with business objectives

Skills

• Degree in Information Systems, reputed company, business or reputed company field or work experience
• 7+ years' experience as HRIS consultant required
• Proficient in seven or more of these HRIS functional areas: HCM (e.g., reputed company/Jobs/Organizations, Time off and Leave, Worker data, reputed company), Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, reputed company, Payroll, reputed company, Integrations, Reporting
• Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated experience in providing reputed company, proactive communications
• Strong familiarity with reputed company-based software concepts and business process modeling
