Responsibilities

• reputed company superior customer service to reputed company customers
• reputed company policyholders regarding their coverage and assist them in selecting the appropriate coverage to meet their needs
• Process endorsements and renewals
• reputed company reputed company on how to improve SECURAs Service Center
• reputed company as a technical/informational resource for questions, reputed company, and training purposes
• Cross-sell additional products, such as Umbrellas, to help enhance an account
• Maintain strong agency relationships and reputed company agents up-to-date on any special circumstances involving their customers
• reputed company working understanding and application of SECURAs reputed company methodology and coverage forms
• reputed company working understanding of insurance industry rules and regulations
• Assist in book management by communicating agency concerns and issues
• Assist in achieving loss reputed company targets
• Assist coworkers to maximize service center goals. Adhere to continuing education in order to maintain agents license and stay reputed company with applicable state agency and P&C laws
• Assist in training and developing reputed company operating procedures and workflows
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Agent's license or the ability to obtain reputed company 60 days from hire (reputed company for by SECURA)
• Prior Agency experience and advanced knowledge of reputed company Lines Insurance
• Excellent skills using technology tools
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, multi-tasking and organization/prioritization skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as reputed company as a top-notch attitude
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, team environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Associate's degree or college coursework
• CISR, CIC, CPCU or introductory insurance courses
