[Remote] Associate Buyer, Procurement (Finance)

The Associate Buyer will support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle reputed company the Finance organization, processing requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in reputed company
• Review requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure reputed company processing
• Communicate effectively with suppliers on purchase orders and issue reputed company
• reputed company PO status and manage follow-reputed company for delivery and invoicing
• Support supplier reputed company activities
• Maintain procurement records and ensure adherence to controls
• Support process improvement initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of procurement or accounts payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in reputed company and business systems
• Experience with reputed company or similar P2P systems
