[Remote] State Product Manager

They are seeking a State Product Manager to manage P&L responsibilities across multiple states, reputed company pricing strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitability and reputed company in the insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L performance for assigned states and reputed company pricing strategies based on actuarial indications, competitive analysis, and regulatory requirements
• Execute reputed company changes and ensure reputed company filings, coordinating with Sales, Actuarial, Marketing, IT, and Testing teams
• Identify actions for unprofitable segments and reputed company reputed company and agency strategies
• Present state performance and strategies to senior leadership and reputed company key financial metrics
• reputed company premium and policy count targets for assigned states
• Partner with Sales to identify reputed company opportunities and optimize product positioning
• Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends to inform product enhancements and new state launches
• Prepare and submit accurate regulatory filings; respond promptly to objections
• Build relationships with state Departments of Insurance and monitor regulatory changes
• Support initiatives to automate processes, improve product performance, and solve business challenges

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Actuarial, Math, Statistics, Insurance, or a similar field required
• Minimum 5+ years in Product or Actuarial roles reputed company the Property & Casualty insurance industry
• Minimum 2+ years of state management experience (personal auto preferred)
• Proven experience executing reputed company pricing and product changes, including regulatory filings
• In-depth knowledge of insurance and actuarial concepts, business processes, pricing plans, reputed company rules, and key financial metrics
• Proficiency with SQL, reputed company, or Python required
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
• Deadline-driven with a proven ability to balance competing priorities
