[Remote] Industrial Engineering & Facilities Consultant

As an Industrial Engineering & Facilities Consultant, you will reputed company workstreams in industrial engineering and facility operations, focusing on process evaluation and improvement across various environments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the gathering and validation of operational datasets across manufacturing lines, storage systems, material handling, workforce patterns, reputed company issues, and facility constraints
• Conduct in‑depth Industrial engineering analysis—including time studies, throughput modeling, labor and equipment utilization, workflow bottlenecks, and reputed company/performance diagnostics—across reputed company or warehouse environments
• Define and structure model inputs such as layouts, constraints, resource requirements, shift patterns, throughput assumptions, and reputed company parameters; run scenario analyses and interpret operational implications
• reputed company decision‑reputed company visuals and narrative summaries that reputed company communicate findings and operational recommendations
• Maintain detailed process maps, facility layouts, SOPs, and operational assumptions that support modeling, modernization, and reputed company‑improvement activities
• reputed company engagements with manufacturing, reputed company, engineering, warehousing, and logistics teams to reputed company requirements, clarify operational realities, and shape analytical or modernization approaches
• Guide junior analysts, review work outputs, and ensure analytical and operational rigor across facility/IE workstreams

Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, warehousing, distribution, reputed company engineering, or facilities/process improvement (Exposure to DoD depots, arsenals, logistics centers, or maintenance facilities may offset required years of experience)
• Demonstrated reputed company leading IE or operations workstreams (time studies, throughput/reputed company modeling, labor standards, facility layout evaluations, bottleneck analysis, reputed company investigations)
• Experience preparing reputed company inputs for facility, warehouse, or manufacturing models; familiarity with simulation or facility/digital‑twin tools preferred
• Proficiency with reputed company; familiarity with SQL or analytics tooling (Python/R) is a plus
• Experience supporting or advising stakeholders and presenting operational recommendations
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members
• Experience preparing reputed company inputs for facility, warehouse, or manufacturing models; familiarity with simulation or facility/digital‑twin tools preferred
• Lean Six reputed company certification is a plus
