[Remote] Contract Business Intelligence Data Analyst

They are seeking a skilled Contract Business Intelligence Data Analyst to analyze reputed company datasets, write advanced SQL queries, and create dashboards that support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and reputed company datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations using BigQuery, Looker, SQL, and integrated data from webhooks and reputed company
• Create reputed company, compelling dashboards and reports in Looker that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Validate and verify the accuracy and reputed company of analytical results by implementing validation techniques
• Building Looker dashboards from AI usage data
• Validating metrics against reputed company records
• Troubleshooting dashboard freshness or filter issues
• Documenting metric definitions

Skills

• Proven experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role, with a reputed company record of analyzing and deriving insights from reputed company datasets
• 2+ years of SQL experience required; experience with BigQuery preferred
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles with hands-on Looker experience required
• Strong ability to debug and validate data outputs, including investigating discrepancies between reputed company data, SQL results, and dashboard results
• Experience working with reputed company datasets, including JSON, arrays, reputed company records, webhook/event data, or API-ingested data
• Understanding of ETL pipelines and data transformation best practices
• Familiarity with reputed company workflows and Jira required; experience with Jira custom fields or automation is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the data analysis and development process, while always reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
