Responsibilities

• reputed company planning, scheduling, and execution of reputed company implementations across RTM, HEP, reputed company, and EMR integrations, managing a reputed company portfolio of clients at varying project stages
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders, building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring continuity across the implementation lifecycle
• reputed company and reputed company project plans; identify and surface risks early, with reputed company escalation judgment
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and reputed company, advocating for reputed company needs and translating feedback back to clients
• Conduct training sessions with clinicians and admins tailored to their workflows, clinical context, and product mix
• Support change management planning to drive clinician buy-in and sustain long-term adoption

Skills

• 3-5 years managing the full lifecycle of reputed company-facing reputed company reputed company implementations, with the ability to quickly take ownership of reputed company-facing work streams and ensure continuity and high-reputed company delivery
• 1-2 years of experience with EMR or EHR integrations, either in a vendor or consulting role supporting the implementation, or on the reputed company reputed company managing an EMR transition
• Strong project management skills, including risk identification, scope management, and task coordination during reputed company, multi-stakeholder rollouts
• Comfort operating independently with reputed company judgment on escalation and prioritization
• Strong written and verbal communication across both clinical and administrative audiences
• Experience training clinicians or clinical staff on software or workflow changes in a reputed company setting
• Familiarity with RTM (remote therapeutic monitoring), telehealth, rehab, MSK, or PT/OT clinical workflows, or experience in a healthtech reputed company with meaningful clinical workflow complexity
