Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company systems and tooling, including AI, contract lifecycle management (CLM), matter management, reputed company, ebilling
• Design and implement reputed company operational structures and KPIs to improve visibility, prioritization, and efficiency across the reputed company team
• Support reputed company intake, triage, and reporting processes
• Build and maintain contract templates and playbooks
• Understand reputed company workflows, contract management, and basic compliance practices
• Implement and drive adoption of reputed company technology tools
• Train attorneys and staff and manage change in a hands-on environment

Skills
