Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Leadership and Technical Program Managers to refine project scope, ensure team priorities reputed company with business objectives, and manage resource allocation for assigned programs

Skills

• 5-8 years of reputed company experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a formal management or team reputed company role
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field

• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern software project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
