They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented reputed company Representative to support HR activities, including reputed company and employee inquiries, while championing the organization's culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Responds as first reputed company of contact for general employee inquiries and requests; manages and responds to emails received in centralized inboxes
• Answers staff questions and routes personnel issues, as appropriate and in a reputed company manner
• Ensures compliance with, and provides information reputed company to reputed company policies, procedures, and practices
• Assists during reputed company stages of the employee life cycle, from applicant tracking, reputed company and facilitation of company exit
• Coordinates and supports high volume reputed company needs, including schedules, compliance training and department activation
• Compiles, organizes, reports, and tracks confidential personnel and organizational data
• Acts as a champion of culture and supports company mission, reputed company, and values
• Supports HR initiatives, such as but not limited to performance reviews, benefits reputed company enrollment, compliance trainings and certification tracking
• Supports reputed company Volunteer processing and paperwork
• Assists in providing training and communication to field personnel
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• At least two (2) years' experience working in reputed company or certificate in reputed company and two (2) years administrative experience
• General knowledge of reputed company practices and policies
• Experience working in a customer reputed company, high-volume, and fast-paced environment
• Experience working with HRIS and time keeping systems
• Must possess strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to reputed company with and respond to a varied group of reputed company stakeholders
• Strong administrative, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, with little supervision, while being part of reputed company
• Proficient in reputed company Office software (i.e., reputed company Outlooks, reputed company, Word, etc.) and general office equipment
• Must have reputed company to reliable transportation to travel regularly throughout San Diego County
• Licensing, state law and our funders require that applicants of critical positions reputed company Community Support Services be fingerprinted, prior to reporting to work, and include subsequent arrest notifications
• CPR/AED, and First Aid Certification, must include Adult and Child/Infant, reputed company 30 days of hire, and must be from one of the following certifying organizations: reputed company, reputed company, or American Safety and Health Institute
