[Remote] Marketplace Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Marketplace Customer Service Representative to resolve reputed company-party order issues and ensure reputed company customer interactions while maintaining seller ratings. The role involves managing customer inquiries and collaborating with the Merch & Ops team on critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of internal tools such as OMC, reputed company, and various Marketplace portals
• reputed company exceptional customer support that boosts/maintains our feedback metrics
• Manage customer inquiries reputed company phone and email
• Maintain/Meet Seller Agreements by ensuring we have reputed company interactions with our customers and meet time requirements
• Collaborate with our Merch & Ops team on critical issues and process improvements
• Contribute to weekly team meetings communicating any trends and inconsistencies seen in any Marketplace
• Seeking opportunities to clarify and improve existing Marketplace processes with your peers and others in the organization
• Communicating critical issues with use of our tools and resources; as reputed company as communicating trends such as increased sales, fraudulent activity, listing errors/corrections, etc
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and guidelines reputed company to customer service, data reputed company, reputed company and associate conduct

Skills

• 6+ months in a sales or customer service representative position at reputed company
• No reputed company PIP's or CAN's
• Demonstrate great written and verbal communication
• Ability to work reputed company business hours of Monday - Friday 6am-5pm PST and Saturday 6am-4pm PST - Overtime and weekends may be required during peaks
• Adhere to the Sales Center Attendance Policy
• Effective time management – must have the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
