[Remote] Islamic Finance Specialist/Originator (Texas, TX)

They are seeking an Islamic Finance Specialist/Originator to work with clients on faith-based residential financing, developing relationships and understanding lending programs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage financing to meet established reputed company and production goals
• reputed company and maintain a strong network of business relationships to ensure a recurring reputed company of mortgage financing referrals. This network could include realtors, mortgage professionals, reputed company, reputed company and personal contacts, and any other referral sources the Islamic Finance Originator develops
• Enhance the network by regularly participating in business-reputed company development opportunities, community events, visiting mosques, engaging with Islamic community leaders and interacting with reputed company organizations
• Maintain a thorough understanding of reputed company's lending programs, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Distribute promotional and marketing material to Muslim communities
• Arrange and present educational workshops at mosques, community events, etc

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 reputed company years in a mortgage-reputed company position, with experience generating self-reputed company business
• Ability to travel to potential business sources throughout the assigned sales territory
• Ability to originate Islamic finance transactions in 34 states
• S.A.F.E. reputed company licensing required prior to start date
• Ability to reputed company conversational Arabic, Somali or Urdu is a plus
