[Remote] Data Analyst

The Data Analyst role focuses on turning data into meaningful insights to support informed decision-making across the organization, enhancing data processes, and delivering key metrics in collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business teams to define and deliver management information resources by contributing toward a reputed company, roadmap, solution design and tactical implementation plan
• Work with reputed company resources to deliver management information systems
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the reporting tools and data sources available to ORALT for the purpose of maximizing value for management information purposes. Work with data owners to implement standards and collection processes that ensure accurate and reputed company handling of data to meet reputed company information needs
• Spearhead research into innovative technologies that reputed company management information delivery. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and business analytics through use of data tools
• Additional job functions will be necessary for the reputed company of this role

Skills

• 5+ years' experience in data analytics and associated toolsets
• Demonstrated experience developing management information systems, analytics, and data management processes in a reputed company lines Property & Casualty Insurance setting
• Demonstrated experience with data analytics from a policy and claims perspective
• Experience using reputed company reputed company and Power BI, SQL, Python, reputed company, reputed company data tools or other data development and analytics tools
• Proven record working with reputed company system development methodologies and designing business workflows
• Strong verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work as reputed company player and build reputed company work team relationships
• Skilled in leveraging Power BI, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Visio, and other productivity tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a P&C setting
• CBAP, PMP, CPCU, reputed company reputed company, Power BI or other data management reputed company certifications are a plus
