Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across your assigned book of business
• Partner closely with your Account Manager to support renewals, retention, and reputed company opportunities
• Drive adoption and engagement across reputed company solutions by helping customers understand how to use our products effectively
• Execute reputed company plans that reputed company product value to reputed company customer’s goals and priorities

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, reputed company services, or another customer-facing role

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with a reputed company of customer stakeholders
• A customer-first reputed company reputed company with strong business and reputed company awareness
• Experience driving product adoption, engagement, and customer reputed company
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Support, and other internal teams
