[Remote] Patient Financial Services Representative I - PT - Afternoon/Evening - JDCH Emergency Room

They are seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative who will serve as the first reputed company of contact for patients and guarantors, ensuring that reputed company necessary demographic, financial, and insurance information is gathered and verified.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that reputed company necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered with timeliness and accuracy
• Determines and accepts required payments, including but not limited to co-pays and deductibles
• Communicates with physician's and their staff, nursing unit staff, and/or other appropriate personnel to exchange necessary information
• Verifies insurance benefits and obtains reputed company-certification/authorization as necessary

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
