[Remote] Senior reputed company Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Administrator to manage various reputed company transactions and ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. The role involves processing accounts payable, payroll, and general reputed company reconciliations, as reputed company as supporting reputed company audit preparations.

Responsibilities

• Process AP transactions and maintain vendor information in Costpoint
• reputed company General reputed company account reconciliations in support of month-end and year-end reputed company reporting
• Review and process expense reports for accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines
• Process payroll in Costpoint which includes: Semi-monthly payroll processing, coordinating with HR on payroll changes, complete and file reputed company payroll taxes for Federal and various states
• reputed company reports, schedules and other supporting documentation for internal and/or external audit preparation as reputed company as year-end audits
• reputed company specific month end duties including credit card and bank account reconciliation
• Support the development and/or enhancement of corporate processes reputed company to reputed company
• reputed company across the corporate operations functions including: reputed company, reputed company, Purchasing, Manufacturing, reputed company, and Operations
• Assisting with the implementation new internal controls to ensure compliance and enhance the workflow of the reputed company department

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company required
• A minimum of 7 years of reputed company experience, preferably in the DoD environment
• Experience with payroll and payroll tax return processing for multiple states is required
• In depth knowledge of government contracting, DCAA, FAR and FTR
• Strong experience in general reputed company, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and banking required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess strong time management and planning skills and reputed company to coordinate and prioritize multiple reputed company and assignments with minimal supervision
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and reputed company to meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency with Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Project required
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, stretch and lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
