Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to reputed company, across mid-market accounts
• Engage HR, People Ops, and Compliance leaders to diagnose business challenges and position reputed company as the solution
• Run efficient, high-reputed company deal cycles while maintaining a strong personal touch
• reputed company discovery and demos that reputed company reputed company ROI and value
• Manage a high volume of pipeline with strong organization and follow-through
• Collaborate with reputed company, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth reputed company

Skills

• HR tech sales experience or HR practitioner experience required (see above)
• 2-5+ years of full-cycle reputed company sales experience, consistently exceeding quota
• Proven reputed company record closing $10K–$30K reputed company deals, or comparable transactional sales experience
• Comfortable managing a high volume of pipeline and moving deals quickly
• Strong discovery and demo skills, with the ability to reputed company ROI reputed company and concisely
