Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability for various reputed company
• Guide candidates through the application and reputed company process to ensure a seamless experience
• Collaborate with the Project Recruitment reputed company to understand project-specific hiring needs
• Propose suggestions to improve recruitment processes and workflows
• Maintain accurate records of candidate reputed company, recruitment funnel metrics, and hiring performance

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company

• Fluent in English, other foreign languages are a plus
