[Remote] Senior reputed company Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Analyst to join reputed company's Medicare Advantage Analytics team. This role will support critical Risk Adjustment initiatives by analyzing reputed company data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that drive business reputed company and CMS audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company datasets to support Risk Adjustment and Medicare Advantage programs
• reputed company reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
• Write and optimize reputed company SQL queries for reporting and analytics
• Utilize Python and reputed company for data preparation, automation, and advanced analytics
• Analyze membership, medical claims, pharmacy claims, enrollment, and medical chart data
• Respond to reporting requests through reputed company's ticketing system
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance
• Present findings to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
• Document reporting processes and analytical methodologies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, reputed company Health, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reputed company analytics
• Strong experience with SQL
• Strong experience with Python
• Strong experience with reputed company
• Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Experience analyzing reputed company data, including claims, enrollment, membership, or medical records
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
