Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management Systems (LMS), including system configuration, user management, reputed company, and course setup
• Publish, update, and manage digital learning content, ensuring accuracy, reputed company, and adherence to established standards
• Configure and maintain learning programs, curricula, learning paths, certifications, and instructor-led or self-paced courses
• Troubleshoot LMS, course, and user issues, working with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical problems

• Generate reports and analyze LMS data to support business operations, compliance, and decision-making

Skills

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user support
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, or other eLearning standards
