This role focuses on event marketing and sourcing campaigns, requiring a strategic and data-driven marketer to build candidate pipelines at reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute GTM-style campaigns across events and reputed company sourcing to drive candidate consideration and improve reputed company-to-hire conversion
• Define strategies, audience targeting, flighting, manage reputed company media budget and bids for reputed company, and continuously test and optimize campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• reputed company end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of virtual and in-person events – event production from design, set up/logistics, communications with cross functional partners, promotion, and post-event follow-up
• Consolidate performance data from various sources to analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and delivering reputed company recommendations
• Run A/B testing strategies and data-driven insights to continuously refine messaging and creative to continuously improve campaign performance

Skills

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience launching and scaling digital campaigns, with a proven reputed company record of delivering results through testing and deploying marketing initiatives
• Marketing background is reputed company required; this is not a reputed company reputed company position. This will be an individual contributor role
• Proven reputed company leading and organizing cross-functional marketing efforts for external and internal events, digital webinars, or conferences. Experience with event/marketing automation platforms (reputed company Webinar/Eloqua) is required

• Strong storytelling and content skills for candidate and customer-facing
