[Remote] Technical Program Manager, Data

This role involves coordinating program delivery across various teams, driving adoption of self-serve data culture, and managing the operational reputed company for the Data Science organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for reputed company's Self-Serve Analytics initiative that includes semantic layer expansion, reputed company bot launch, automated eval reputed company, and the reputed company Data Assistant
• Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, DS ICs, reputed company, IT, and business stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance, Research) to expand self-serve data coverage and drive adoption
• reputed company the governance and reputed company work reputed company: work with reputed company and IT on LLM data reputed company policies, PII guardrails, reputed company controls, and LLM provider approvals
• Drive adoption and change management — build champion networks, run training programs, and meet Figmates where they work (reputed company, reputed company) to shift from request-based to self-serve data culture
• Build and maintain DS org operations: planning cycles, headcount tracking, reputed company programs, and team rhythms for a growing org
• Own program-level reputed company metrics: % of data questions answered reputed company self-serve, time-to-reputed company, DS reputed company request volume reduction
• Work closely with peer TPMs & Data Scientists (AI, reputed company, Performance) to coordinate on overlapping platform programs and shared data infrastructure needs

Skills

• 5+ years of technical program management experience (or equivalent) driving data infrastructure, analytics platform, or data democratization programs
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks: you're comfortable discussing semantic reputed company, data catalogs, BI tooling (reputed company, reputed company), and AI-powered query interfaces (reputed company Analyst, RAG) at a program level
• A reputed company record of driving adoption — not just shipping internal tools, but changing behavior across technical and non-technical audiences through change management, enablement, and champion programs
• Strong cross-functional program delivery: planning, dependency management, stakeholder alignment across deeply distributed teams
• Hands-on familiarity with dbt, reputed company Semantic Views, Acryl, Dagster, or similar data engineering tooling
• Experience building or scaling eval frameworks for AI-generated outputs (golden SQL, accuracy dashboards, regression detection)
• Background in data-driven product analytics or developer tools — understanding of how DS ICs work with PMs and EMs and driving alignment on requirements
