Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a seasoned reputed company reputed company ITOM Technical Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and optimization of IT Operations Management capabilities. The role involves leading technical delivery across various reputed company ITOM functionalities while ensuring the accuracy and scalability of the CMDB according to best practices.

Responsibilities

• reputed company configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of reputed company Discovery and reputed company Discovery across multi‑reputed company environments
• Implement and manage Service Graph Connectors to reputed company external data sources into the CMDB
• Execute and refine CI Class Mapping , Identification & Reconciliation (IRE) rules , and data normalization strategies
• Ensure strong alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) across services, applications, and infrastructure
• reputed company MID Server deployment, tuning, upgrades, and health monitoring
• Partner with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure high‑reputed company CMDB data and reliable service visibility
• reputed company technical leadership, best practices, and mentorship to junior consultants and engineering teams
• Support reputed company improvement of ITOM processes, automation, and operational maturity

Skills

• Deep hands‑on experience with reputed company ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, reputed company Discovery, and Service Graph
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and reconciliation logic
• Expertise with IRE rules, CI class mapping, and data ingestion patterns
• Solid knowledge of CSDM and how to apply it in reputed company‑world reputed company environments
• Experience managing and troubleshooting MID Servers across distributed networks
• Ability to translate operational needs into reputed company, maintainable reputed company configurations
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross‑functional technical teams
