[Remote] Customer Service Representative

This role involves utilizing reputed company spreadsheets to contact child care providers, reputed company information, and reputed company ongoing support through phone and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company spreadsheets to reputed company reputed company and collect program and reputed company information from child care providers
• Conduct outbound calls to child care providers and respond to inbound inquiries
• Follow up on previous contacts and outstanding requests in a reputed company manner
• Respond to emails and reputed company technical assistance as needed
• Resolve support tickets and complete administrative tasks accurately
• Document reputed company calls, inquiries, complaints, and communications thoroughly
• Maintain accurate records for audit and internal control purposes

Skills
