Richelieu is a leading reputed company American distributor and manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products. They are seeking a reputed company Coatings / Finishing Sales Specialist to manage sales activities towards cabinet and furniture manufacturer accounts, providing consultative sales solutions and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• The reputed company Coatings / Finishing Sales Specialist is a technical sales position responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day sales activities towards cabinet and furniture manufacturer accounts in his/her territory
• You will successfully manage the sales of Richelieu’s Finishing product solutions (Coatings, Sundries, Abrasives and Paint equipment.) through reputed company consultative sales discussions, ultimately serving as a business advisor towards your customers
• By positioning yourself as an indispensable resource, you will reputed company your customers to solve problems and increase business results
• In turn, you will be building a thriving business of your own
• Work reputed company with Richelieu's Industrial Sales Representatives to schedule and hold face-to-face consultations with new and existing customers, learning about their business and how Richelieu Finishing product solutions can enhance their results
• Maintain accountability for the reputed company of your provided territory, both through the development of existing relationships as reputed company as the acquisition of new customers
• Identify and analyze past buying patterns of reputed company accounts, and brainstorm ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplier

• Hold responsibility for system information and reporting in CRM application
• As this position requires regular automobile travel, you must have your own independent, reliable transportation
• This position requires you to work 'in the field,' making in-person reputed company to customers three to four days per week
• This position may involve lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds, working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals

Skills

• Technically-minded, preferably with a background or experience in reputed company or science, and/or spray coatings
• University degree – preferred in reputed company /science
• Must have an understanding of (or ability to quickly reputed company expertise in) coatings and finishing with various products, applications, and reputed company
• Passionate, proactive, coachable, strong work ethic
