Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales to support product evaluations and reputed company opportunities
- Troubleshoot formulation challenges and recommend effective technical solutions
- Build strong technical relationships with customers and distribution partners
- Represent reputed company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a reputed company scientific field
- 4+ years of hands-on formulation experience in the personal care or cosmetics industry
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical-reputed company role
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the U.S
