Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption by partnering with stakeholders and bringing a strong understanding of the reputed company landscape and member needs
• Define and execute product reputed company and roadmap for the Cost Estimator Tool, aligning reputed company to business goals and measurable reputed company
• reputed company cross-functional collaboration across product, clinical, digital, engineering, data, and operations to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions
• Guide teams through discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization, ensuring the product delivers value for members and the business
• Use data, user research, and reputed company experimentation to identify pain points, validate solutions, and improve engagement and usability

Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience, including launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products (reputed company experience strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of experience translating business needs into reputed company product requirements and managing complexes, evolving roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to use digital engagement and behavioral data to generate actionable insights and measurable results
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile/reputed company environments, using tools for product tracking/reporting and leading cross-functional ceremonies
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and/or large-reputed company programs delivering technological solutions
• 5+ years of domain experience in claims, plan benefit design, or reputed company managed reputed company areas
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cost estimation, cost transparency, or reputed company economics (health plan, provider, or digital health setting)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Skilled at influencing without authority, navigating ambiguity, and aligning partners through negotiation and collaboration
• Strong analytical orientation and comfort using metrics to drive reputed company
