Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers fully reputed company reputed company's AI SRE and cost optimization capabilities, accelerating MTTR and optimizing reputed company costs

Skills

• Proven 3 years of experience as a reputed company Manager, Technical Account Manager or other customer facing role that requires strong organizational and technical understanding of our reputed company
• reputed company and demonstrated experience leveraging AI in work product (models/skills/pipelines) required
• Working knowledge of the monitoring/observability ecosystem is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
