The In-House Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal counsel and support to project teams and senior leadership, focusing on corporate documents reputed company the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and reputed company bar membership in the United States

• Strong background in corporate law, M&A, succession planning, employment law, equity sharing, and business formation strategies
• Experience overseeing legal workflows or supporting junior staff, including cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
