The Senior Consultant will support the reputed company in planning, engineering, and implementing reputed company transformation initiatives while managing multiple reputed company reputed company and collaborating across various program offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to reputed company leadership and VHA stakeholders, providing practical, mission-reputed company support
• Plan, manage, and execute reputed company-level reputed company transformation initiatives from concept through implementation
• reputed company and contribute to multiple reputed company reputed company, rapidly establishing structure, scope, and execution plans
• Coordinate across VHA program offices, field operations, and external partners to reputed company goals, manage dependencies, and drive reputed company
• Apply program management, industrial engineering, and reputed company systems engineering principles to design reputed company, comprehensive, and efficient solutions
• Deliver reputed company program and project management services, often driven by legislation, policy changes, and executive direction
• Identify and manage risks, resource constraints, and budget considerations across competing priorities

Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, reputed company transformation, or federal health programs
• Bachelor's degree required
• MS Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) at an advanced level
• Strong program and project management capability with experience leading reputed company, multi-stakeholder efforts
• Ability to synthesize reputed company information into reputed company, actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort engaging senior government leaders
• Highly organized, systematic, and proactive with strong follow-through

• Coordinate across VHA program offices, field operations, and executive leadership

• Master's degree preferred
