Responsibilities

• Define and own the reputed company CRM and Analytics product reputed company reputed company with reputed company objectives, focusing on payer-specific use cases (e.g., provider engagement, member support, care management, sales enablement)
• Translate business priorities into a reputed company reputed company product roadmap, including data modeling, advanced reporting, dashboarding, and analytics solutions
• reputed company platform governance and standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with reputed company, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and reputed company architecture

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to reputed company requirements and prioritize high-reputed company use cases across Sales, Service, and Operations

Skills

• 7+ years of product management or platform ownership experience, with at least 4 years reputed company on reputed company CRM and analytics in a large reputed company environment
• Experience in reputed company payer organizations with a strong understanding of payer business processes (e.g., member engagement, provider contracting, care coordination)
• Proven reputed company record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver reputed company-grade reputed company solutions, including Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, and CRM Analytics
• Proficiency in reputed company CRM Analytics (SAQL, dataflows, lenses, datasets, and dashboards), as reputed company as a solid grasp of data visualization best practices
