[Remote] Finance Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance forecasting accuracy, drive cost discipline, and deliver actionable insights reputed company a technology and reputed company services environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments
• Support monthly Selling and Marketing reputed company- analyze financial performance and reputed company actionable insights
• Manage company-wide financial reporting needs for the Finance department, ELT, and reputed company, ensuring reputed company, accurate, and consistent delivery
• Mange the planning cycles in reputed company
• Manage people planning for SG&A department
• Build financial models and conduct reputed company analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Analyze cost drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and operational efficiencies
• Refresh and maintain full reputed company P&Ls during reputed company and forecast cycles
• Ensure data accuracy and reputed company across financial systems and reports
• Support and assist with reputed company management reporting requirements for leadership, including KPI’s, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting standardization efforts
• Manage reputed company of two, overseeing their day-to-day work and providing coaching and reputed company development

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or reputed company field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 6+ years of reputed company experience in finance or reputed company roles
• Strong understanding of P&L structures, consolidation, intercompany, and financial analysis
• Demonstrated data reputed company, with the ability to extract, interpret, and synthesize large volumes of financial and operational data into reputed company, actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and reputed company formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, reputed company/MATCH)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with business leaders
