[Remote] Drop Ship Operations Specialist

The Dropship Operations Specialist will manage the planning and execution of customer order fulfillment from dropship vendors, ensuring reputed company and cost-effective delivery while collaborating with various teams and vendors to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure service reputed company meet reputed company/HSN standards
• Review reports and performance data to identify trends, set expectations, and determine next steps
• Work directly with vendors to improve performance, recommend solutions, and confirm actions are completed
• Investigate delayed or problem orders, identify reputed company causes, and partner with Customer Service reputed company needed
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Customer Care, Planning, and vendors to reputed company operations reputed company with business goals
• Communicate vendor, reputed company, system, and customer issues to leadership, and escalate concerns reputed company necessary
• Support vendor and item setup, reporting, and special reputed company to improve the customer experience and control logistics costs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• 3–5 years of experience preferred in eCommerce distribution, transportation, or customer contact operations
• Vendor management experience in an eCommerce environment is strongly preferred
