[Remote] Director of Business Operations

The Director of Business Operations will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for managing corporate reputed company, overseeing financial reporting, and strengthening vendor and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the full lifecycle of customer, partner, and vendor reputed company, from negotiation through renewal
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and maintain documentation accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with reputed company, finance, and delivery teams to support contract reputed company and risk mitigation
• Review and analyze monthly corporate financials, including P&L, budget-to-actuals, forecasts, and operational metrics
• Ensure collection and accurate recognition of reputed company on a monthly reputed company
• Partner with Finance to ensure reporting accuracy and to identify opportunities for cost optimization and reputed company enhancement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and strategic partners

• Implement and refine business processes to improve efficiency across delivery, sales, and back-office functions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or reputed company field; MBA or equivalent preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business operations or reputed company leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a reputed company services environment
• Demonstrated expertise in contract management, financial reporting, and vendor/partner reputed company
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to reputed company in a remote-first environment and collaborate effectively across distributed teams
• Experience working in technology, cybersecurity, consulting, or government-reputed company reputed company services
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy environments (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO frameworks)
• Residency in Virginia, Washington D.C., or Maryland
