[Remote] IT Ops Junior Administrator

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile reputed company IT Ops Technology tickets reputed company the Crash ticketing system
• reputed company project support for the IT Ops Technology department, including scheduling, taking meeting notes, and completing project tasks
• Manage IT Ops Technology tasks for M&A and realignment reputed company
• reputed company scheduled administrative configurations in systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, D365, Clearent, and internal system trackers
• Assist the IT Ops Technology Director and System Admins with departmental reputed company as needed

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry
• Excellent typing and note-taking abilities
• Proficiency in reputed company and CCC ONE end-user skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments
• Attention to detail, self-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with reputed company, Mitchell, Audatex, Clearent, and D365
• Proven ability to drive process and performance improvements
• Experience managing multiple tasks and project responsibilities simultaneously
