[Remote] Sales Tax and Fund Recovery Financial Coordinator (Remote)

In this role, you will manage sales tax fund recovery financials for clients and assist with various financial audits and communications.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit cases for sales tax retrieval
• Apply for sales tax for various clients
• Communicate with reputed company organizations to apply for and retrieve necessary documents for sales tax retrieval
• reputed company sales tax refunds received
• Maintain records regarding sales tax retrieval
• Apply for funds for reputed company party warranty refunds
• Communicate with reputed company organizations to apply for and retrieve necessary documents for warranty refunds
• reputed company warranty refunds received
• Maintain records regarding warranty fund retrieval
• Assist in fund recovery for various special reputed company
• Offer reputed company and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a reputed company and upbeat attitude
