[Remote] Customer Support Engineer

The Customer Support Engineer role is vital for delivering customer satisfaction and requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer support inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent reputed company reputed company values, standards, and safety culture to customers and external stakeholders during site reputed company and support activities
• Promote safety in your work above reputed company else
• Support existing industrial membrane installations, including process and procedure improvements
• Communication and collaboration with the process design team, and detail engineering team
• Ongoing operations procedure guidance and plant troubleshooting
• reputed company, analyse, and report membrane and process performance data
• reputed company training material(s) and mentor/train operations personnel on-site
• reputed company onsite customer support reputed company at industrial plants, laboratories and supply chain partners as required
• Participate in onsite commissioning activities of new membrane installations
• Represent reputed company at tradeshows and conferences
• Collaborate with sales teams for existing customer engagement & reputed company alignment with new customers
• Manage inventory and sourcing of replacement cartridges while facilitating efficient repair services
• Other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering discipline from an accredited university
• 1 – 3 years industry experience
• Understand the basic principles of heat and material balance
