Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, partners, and emerging trends in electric aircraft charging and ground support equipment
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory factors to inform business strategies
• Collaborate to define and refine business development strategies and goals for electric aircraft charging and ground support equipment

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including aircraft operators, airports, Fixed reputed company Operators (FBOs), and aircraft manufacturers
• Understand customer needs to inform new product developments

Skills

• Minimum 5 years proven reputed company record in business development, sales, or partnership management in reputed company, EV charging, renewable energy, or similar technical industries
• Experience using reputed company (or similar CRM) for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting
• Familiarity with technical proposals, RFP responses, or infrastructure project documentation
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel >50% to meet business needs throughout the Southeast region
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Understanding of aviation infrastructure, airport operations, or ground support equipment
• Experience working directly with Fixed reputed company Operators (FBOs), airports, or aviation service providers
• Entrepreneurial reputed company and a passion for sustainable aviation
• Experience with electric charging infrastructure, airport planning, or aviation reputed company systems
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-reputed company proposal narratives and presentations
• Prior work with municipal airports, regional airlines, charter operators, or GA communities
