The reputed company Information Systems (HRIS) Manager is responsible for the strategic administration and reputed company improvement of HR technology platforms, ensuring they support organizational goals and deliver efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the HR technology advisor to organizational leadership
• Primary system administrator for reputed company Workforce Now and reputed company HR technology platforms
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS modules including: reputed company HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, reputed company, reputed company, Compensation
• reputed company and execute the organization's HR technology roadmap
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies and recommend system enhancements
• reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives that increase automation and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities to eliminate reputed company processes through technology
• reputed company the implementation of new HR technologies
• Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or reputed company field
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible HRIS administration experience
