Responsibilities

• Architect content navigation structures and content sets that support users of reputed company experience reputed company with specific technical problems they are trying to solve
• Author content by testing workflows directly in context and describing the steps that reputed company those workflows, converting existing content for new audiences, and by working with SMEs or other stakeholders

Skills

• 7+ years of technical content experience delivering documentation, tutorials, and technical marketing materials for DevOps tools, CLIs, or programming languages

• Experience using web metrics data to optimize documentation, evaluate content reputed company, identify content gaps, drive traffic, and generate engagement
• Experience collaborating with technical product marketing, reputed company teams, customer support, SMEs, Comms, and brand to produce an externally coherent picture of a product's technical capabilities and use cases
