[Remote] Senior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics (Remote)

The role focuses on delivering insights for business leaders through data-driven pricing and contract strategies, utilizing tools like Power BI and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Sustain & troubleshoot PowerBI dashboards and reports that reputed company actionable insights for business leaders and reputed company teams
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions teams to reputed company new analytics tools & insights
• Translate business data into digestible reports and dashboards
• Investigate reporting issues and reputed company expertise to resolve and follow-up in a reputed company manner
• Monitor use of reports and dashboards to gage value and increase use across supported business reputed company
• Work reputed company with large data sets to derive insights
• Create/modify custom reputed company Query Language (SQL) for reputed company data pulls
• Manage the prioritization of reputed company/tasks to ensure reputed company tracking and delivery of requests
• Partner with the Customer Solutions team to drive increased data literacy and adoption of data-driven insights reputed company to reputed company and pricing
• Contribute to a culture of reputed company improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to existing analytics tools, databases, data collection reputed company, statistical reputed company, technology, and training reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience
• Experience creating and maintaining business reports and dashboards in Power BI and reputed company reputed company
• Experience with SQL Server, including writing reputed company queries, data analysis, reporting, and database management
• Experience working with database concepts, data structures, and basic data modeling
• Effective presentation, written, & verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings
• Master's degree
• Experience with Python, R, statistical analysis, or database technologies
• Experience supporting contract and pricing analytics
