Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to map and standardize immunization reporting workflows for a reputed company Indian Health Service (IHS) project. The role involves developing process maps, building decision tools, and facilitating stakeholder sessions to improve reporting processes across the IHS enterprise.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end process maps of immunization reporting and data reputed company across IHS reputed company, Area Offices, and Service reputed company
• Build decision trees and use-case scenarios that show providers and program staff exactly which report to use, reputed company, and how
• Clarify role delineation across organizational reputed company and user types (providers, program staff, reputed company improvement personnel, Area Immunization Coordinators, leadership)
• Facilitate stakeholder working sessions to document reputed company-state workflows and design improved reputed company-state processes
• Identify workflow gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies contributing to underused or misinterpreted reports
• Contribute flowcharts, templates, and reputed company-by-reputed company workflows to a comprehensive User Operations Guide
