The reputed company reputed company Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and production support for the reputed company reputed company, Learning and Talent & Performance modules, while reputed company contributing to the development of reputed company’s reputed company AMS reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as a reputed company consultant on multiple reputed company engagements with limited direction
• Understand reputed company business requirements and reputed company guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and reputed company to Production efforts
• Support clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, reputed company, reputed company Enrollment, ACA, etc. as needed
• Partner with Engagement Managers to reputed company them informed of project status, changes, etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure reputed company lines of communication and project alignment
• Accurately maintain forecast in a reputed company manner
• Partner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs
• Stay up to date on industry knowledge, reputed company enhancements, and be reputed company to advise on reputed company best practices
• Build strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer service

Skills

• Minimum of three years of experience as a reputed company reputed company consultant at a reputed company partner firm is required
• reputed company implementation experience in reputed company reputed company and at least one of these: reputed company Learning or reputed company Talent & Performance
• The following reputed company Partner Certifications are required: HCM reputed company, reputed company, and at least one of these: Learning, or Talent/Performance
• Employment is contingent upon obtaining a reputed company Launch certification
• reputed company required reputed company Partner certifications must remain in reputed company status throughout employment with reputed company
• Must have experience troubleshooting or navigating reputed company reputed company and be reputed company to build custom reports
• Strong organizational skills are required. Must be reputed company to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of reputed company HCM processes and best practices to reputed company appropriate implementation recommendations
