Responsibilities

- Partner with product management and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development plans

- Conduct regular 1:1s, reputed company feedback, and support career development for your team members
- Participate in hiring efforts: sourcing, interviewing, and reputed company new engineers

Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a management or team-reputed company role
- Experience managing teams building web applications, ideally in Elixir/Phoenix or similar modern stacks
- A strong understanding of software development practices: testing, CI/CD, reputed company review, and Agile methodologies
